I hope this topic doesn't invite heated debate. But in the wake of new charges, armed robbery I believe, yesterday's Dr Phil show was another attack on O.J. Simpson; focused on his book 'If I Did It'. Supposedly the book is viewed by some as an actual confession.
I haven't read the book, and doubt that I would buy it. In fact, I believe that was the underlying purpose of the show, which featured the ghost writer, a former witness for the prosecution and screenwriter, and the Goldman family, who were awarded rights to profit from the sales of the book.
I gave O.J. the presumption of innocence then, and do to this day. His peers found him not guilty and I've yet to hear of sufficient physical evidence that leaves no reasonable doubt.
I wish the media would drop it already. One can only imagine how difficult this is for the Simpson children, (regardless that they are of age now).

Got it. But O.J.'s case touches on a ton of very sensitive nerves: race, sex, class struggle, celebrity, sports...man, you name it, the O.J. story has it.
