In the Lifewriting handbook, there is a diagram of the chakra system, with a sitting person used to show the location of these points on the body.
Photocopy this picture for all the characters in your story, and make a diagram for each of them, using the picture as your guide. Write their traits next to the chakra levels. This might make it easier to compare and contrast the traits and emotions of your characters.
