I'm going to be on the road for 13 days starting in about 2 weeks. - I've been doing whole day fasting SUN, Tues, Thurs for about a month and a half now. I'm making great progress and have no desire to give it all up because of road food. -=- I'm thinking that since I am already acclimated to Fasting, that switching to Fast-5 fasting while on the road might be most effective. -=- Any thoughts or questions?
Yours in Practice, Adam

I alternate between IF and Fast-5 on the road. I find that the long-term program is far more important than minor variations within a week. But it is mighty amusing to hear my demons scream "what's the use!" when I fall off the wagon for a day. No wonder people have so much trouble losing weight!

I'll be keeping to the new patterns, I love the effects and the feeling of power more than I love my prior habits of eating. - Intermittent fasting is working for me because even on my falter-y days, I can wait till tomorrow to eat. - Perhaps it is positive procrastination? *grin*
I really enjoyed eating today, and I'll also enjoy fasting tomorrow. Int.Fasting is really sticking as a lifestyle change for me.

I LOVE "Positive Procrastination." My favorite: "oh, I'll put off procrastinating until tomorrow..."
