Come to think of it, consuming calories first thing in the morning (even a few) effectively derails the "Use fat first" phase effect of intermittent fasting. -=- If you really thing you need those vites every day, save them for the afternoon?

Or--
eat a small amount of lean protein. While it might interfere with the "burn fat first"thing we're trying to condition, that might be compensated for by the enhanced nutrient uptake. Experiment, experiment...
