circularstrengthmag.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8642This is the link for what looks to be the single most important workshop I've ever done. April 22nd in Portland, an integration of body, mind and spirit that will allow you to, in a single hour a week, connect all the aspects of your life and move toward your dreams in a manner impossible until now. Scott Sonnon's technology for physical access to emotional/mental flow is unprecedented. Together, I hope to create something that will absolutely set your creativity free, and align your physical and emotional energy in a way to let you heal past wounds and empower future actions. I can't believe how excited I am in this, and we've set the pre-reg price as a loss-leader so that Lifewriters can get this at wholesale rates. Don't miss this if you live within reach of Portland, Oregon. Not kidding even a little bit--this is the real thing. Steve

I have been looking forward to this for a long time. I may have to pinch pennies till they scream, but I'll be there.
How can I resist two of my favorite teachers teaching a course Together? -=- Short answer: I can't!
I'm looking forward to April with a bright gleam in my eyes, and I'm going to use that gleam to inspire more practice before I get there.
Yours in Practice, Adam

We're going to have a blast--and that penny-pinching will be one of the best things you've ever done, Adam. Start clarifying your goals for the next year, and don't be afraid to seek 100% improvement in any arena of your life. We're going to give you specific tools to keep yourself on the ball, and raise your energy sky-high, as well as deal with the fear that arises from approaching our desired outcomes. That's kinda tangental to the question of increasing fitness in all major aspects, in an incredibly efficient fashion.

I looked at that workshop for a solid week before biting the bullet and pre-registering for it, and now I'm so glad I did it, there's no words. I'm pretty nervous about it, as I get the feeling I'm going to be looking at things that I've avoided looking at for a long time, but I have faith that it will be worth it.
Thank you, and Coach Sonnon, for doing this Steve. The two of you have already given so much of yourselves, and yet you just keep giving and giving. It's downright inspiring...

You will get a special pre-reg copy of the "FlowFit" DVD. Begin to work with it, starting at the very easiest level. I suggest 20 minutes, three times a week. You will bring a few physical things to the workshop (a towel, a mat, a water bottle, a notebook, etc.) but the most important things will be mental/emotional
my guess is that the commitments you will need include:
1) Be well rested. 2) No non-prescription drugs or alcohol for 24 hours before, or during the workshop. 3) have well defined, written goals in all three major arenas of your life. Define what your 1-year goals are, as well as your lifetime goals. 4) Commit to performing your FlowFit drills for an hour a week for six weeks. 5) Commit to reading your goals aloud daily during this same period. ## Remember: WE ARE CREATING THIS WORKSHOP TOGETHER. There are no "masters" and "students." At best, Scott and I are Guides along the path. You are responsible for your own growth. We each must walk the Path of live with our own energy and will and intention. But we can, for a little while, walk as a group.
