Hi Steve,
Question on the new Lifewriting kit. Would I be correct in assuming that a large part of the audio CD portion of the new set is the same lecture presented on the original audio tape i.e. the Willamette Writer's Conference workshop of some years back?
I'll probably pick up the set even if so - I'm looking forward to seeing the new written materials and any new things that you've added to the system since the last iteration. But I was curious to know what the overlap is.
Thanks!

Yes, six of the CDs are the original lectures given to the Willamette Writer's Group. These are probably the most complete talk I ever gave on the subject, but there have been additional changes in the last few years, and the other two CDs cover that. The workbook is both a compilation and reworking of the material I've distributed to classes, lecture groups, Internet students, and blog writing over the last 15 years. The movies are new, I believe, although I've discussed some of them on the blog, and at live lectures. I'm really rather proud of the whole thing--and thirty years ago I would have killed to get my hands on this info!
