A 100.00 laptop, developed specifically with third-world villages in mind? Wind-up power source? If these people get this rolling, and it works, Man oh man have they earned a place in heaven!

They couldn't get the price down to 100, I believe it ended up being double that. But still, an impressive unit. There's a video I saw by one of the engineers talking to Google personell, and explaining how some of the engineering problems for the device were handled. It was amazing to watch. Even the portions I don't fully understand were fascinating. These guys really thought this laptop out. Really, really amazing stuff.
