Steve,
I haven't order my kettlebells yet. Still stuck on which to purchase. I have heard they had some adjustable ones too.
I have read the Advance Energy Anatomy, Unlimited Power and checked out a few books on NLP. I feel my life has made a major shift in a positive direction. These books were great!! All gave me useful tools, deeper understandings and brighter outlooks. They were fantastic.
Thanks again for suggesting such great reads. I am going to read the Book of Five Rings this weekend. ;D

Stormy--
i don't suggest adjustable kettlebells. I'd prefer that you get dumbells, actually. KB's are a special piece of equipment, awesome in their simplicity, and the entire methodology is quite, quite different from any other exercise program I've seen. Part of what makes them work so well is that they AREN'T adjustable--tht you have to concentrate on improving form and tightening your body, rather than adding another pound. This forces you to deal with your internal processes. Get "From Russia With Tough Love" DVD, and study it carefully. Then get started. They really work!
