Sin City Plot Questions

I saw Sin City last night. It was FABOLOUS!!!

Robert, Quentin & Frank did a wonderful job. I was truly impressed. They took the old Gangster Movies and created such a masterfully artistic movie. It was great.

Ok. I need to see it again and will.

Are the characters played by Mickey Rourke, Clive Owen and Josh Hartnett the same person??

I know Mickey was electrocuted. He always says that he doesn’t hit women, he should take his medicine and he should make sure he kills the right person.

The Clive Owen character mentions his friends give him a makeover. When Benicio’s head starts talking, Clive says to himself he needs to take his medicine. Before the Miho kills Benicio, Clive says something isn’t right because Benicio hasn’t killed anyone.

The Josh Hartnett character appears in the elevator and the beginning of the movie. His voice sounds like Mickey before he speaks, (in the first scene). I cant remember the last scene.

Was there a connection? I have to see it again. But for you true Sin City fans. I thought you could shed some light…

I don't believe they are the same person. I wouldn't be surprised if Miller and Rodriguez saw them as manefestations of the same soul-energy, however.

I saw the movie again. If you can imagine, the movie theater was packed on a Wednesday night.

Clive and Mickey are not the same people. I saw them at the bar in the same scene.

But....... Clive and Josh seem like they are. But they are not..... Josh shows up the same day Clive orchestrates the killing. He cant be two places at the same time.
