Hi all I 've been a lurker for a while now and just decided to participate in the discussions that abound here. I purchased Lifewriting back when Steven first mentioned it in the back of his novel " Firedance". I was expecting flashy packaging maybe a video or two, something akin to the Cybergenics ads that permeated the tabloids at that period of time. Little did I know. Basically, the info within Lifewriting was a guide , a map if you will, of how to get IT, my life, my dreams, going. No flash, no before and baby oiled six pack ab chiseled after photos, just a road marker to point out A WAY to get out of the crap fest my life had become at the time. I must have listened to that tape included for many an hour before someone close to me stole it..that bummed me out. Years later, I still struggle and still seek. I accept that I have not succeeded , but I will never give up. Just thought I'd intro myself to the group before I put my meager two cents in on any discussion.

If you haven't given up the struggle, then I submit to you that you have succeeded. Friend, there's no place to get to, just a path. It is hard, hard work, so you have to pave it with love. Structure your goals in balance: body, career, relationship. Keep a diary of the things you learn. Keep a simple practise to flush stress from your system (like the Five Minute Miracle). Share your concerns with a group of allies--life we have here! And over time, you will start seeing the depression lift, and the changes come. We're here whenever you need us. You have all the wisdom you need, if you have the courage to look within yourself.
