Steve,
A question on the workshop - is there a minimum level of fitness that would be expected/required to be able to take and profit from this workshop? Owning several of Scott's videos, I know his stuff can quickly overrun my ability to keep up. Do you think that the workshop will be to much for your general issue sf fan-body type?
Thanks!
Doug G.

My specific request to Scott is that he structure the physical components so that they will be available to anyone who can walk and sit. HIGHER levels should be capable of taxing a gorilla, so that a person can find his own "edge." Anything else would be irresponsible on our part. I want this available to anyone with the will to improve their lives.

Once I'm done making sure that I have the pennies in the bank account... I'll be right over to sign up!

Thanks for the information, Steve, it's good to hear that us less-fit-than-Geoff types will be able to safely take the workshop as well. Of course, in the intervening months, I hope to be able to cut into some of that deficit, the better to be able to take advantage of the workshop. Which leads me to a second question. I've been a student of Lifewriting for some time now, and on your recommendations have also obtained several of Coach Sonnon's works as well (chiefly Be Breathed and Circular Training). So, for those of us already familiar with Lifewriting and associated 5MM/Be Breathed topics, I'm wondering the degree to which this Workshop will be a restatement of existing materials. On the one hand, it certainly sounds like the Workshop will be a great chance to do some focused work, and perhaps to better utilize information not fully integrated into our lives yet. However, it is a significant financial outlay, and I'm wondering if you're shooting more for Lifewriting "newbies" rather than those of us who already have some familiarity with your teachings. Do you think long-running Lifewriting students might be frustrated with the workshop?

I have to walk a fine line here. Those who have explored both Scott's work and my own might have taken an intuitive leap to encompass what we will be presenting. It's possible, but not probable. There would still be a real advantage in actually being in the creative space as it happens. Scott's physical "tuning fork" vibrates at an insanely high level, and therefore it is possible to learn things in his physical presence that are far more difficult from a tape or book. I think I can honestly say that there will be repetition, but that the overall experience will be unlike either of our work separately. The intent is to take this entirely to the next level. In some ways, I HOPE that people already familiar with the Lifewriting process will attend--it will enable us to accelerate the pace of teaching.
