Begin to learn the basic movements. Then start practicing the Tibetans, to allow a deeper level of integration. By the time you can do 21 of each, you will have internalized the new breathing method. five times a day, perform in your car, on elevators, whenever. When you feel stressed or tired, BREATHE! Then keep reading the blog and posting here--we're going to take this as deeply as we can. Even better, find a good yoga or martial arts school, and start placing your "triangle" under stress. You'll be glad you did.
