Mr Barnes,
I want to tell you how much I enjoy your websites. The information you provide is priceless. Thank you for having such a place to learn and grow.
Since you are living the type of life I strive for.. happy and balanced, Can you share with me/us your opinion on a few things?
Diet
There are so many studies coming out challenging the health benefits of being a vegetarian. I was a vegetarian for 3 years and found out that I was doing it incorrectly. I substituted more carbohydrates and beans for proteins. Whenever I eat meat, I have a difficult time digesting it. I am looking into protein shakes but don’t know the proper amount of protein that I should consume per day. Do you think it’s better to be a vegetarian or eating a simple diet that incorporates protein from meats?
What is your opinion on fasting and the proper amount of water to consume daily?
Exercise
I have not gotten your 5MM tape as of yet. Just ordered the DVD. I do the Hindu pushups 10x in the morning and the evening. It looks similar to the No. 5 Tibetan Exercise movement. www.lifeevents.org/5-tibetans-energy-rejuvenation-exercises.htm Are they the same? Would it be better to do the 5 Tibetans in the morning and evening?
From all that I have been reading, the 5 Tibetans Exercises increase your energy. Are there any other physical benefits that happen after using this technique, such as smaller waistline?
In your golden hour, your have the first 30 mins yoga or the Tibetans and the second 30 mins any physical activity I have chosen. If I am interested in weight loss, should I increase the minutes of physical activities? Could I do the golden hour twice a day or is this the morning setting the tone of your day exercise?
I am reading and readying myself for my new life .I am ready for the freedom of successful living. Having an unhappy life is too stressful to keep up.
Thanks in advance
Stormy
