Tell me your three favorite methods to raise your energy level. Please include how you learned it, and how long your energy surge lasts from it.

Plenty of sleep. Meals heavy with green leafy vegetables. Exercise enough to break a sweat DAILY. Focused meditation. Clear goals. Lots of hugs!

Steel-cut oatmeal in the morning. (yum) or Sushi anytime (tummy)
