Hi,
I've been a fan and an advocate of 5MM, and IF, as well as several of Scott Sonnen's routines including IntuFlow and Flow-fit, for quite some time. Started a new job recently, and what with busy work and travel schedule, exercise started to drop out of my routines, with the inevitable resulting weight gain and muscle loss. So I'm trying to get serious about getting back into it. Many people whose opinions I respect insist that the best way to stick to a regimen is to solicit a support network, so I'd like to use this forum for that purpose. And here is where I shall write down that one goal: lose a pound a week up to 15 lbs: and reread it every day.
