I know the 5 Tibetans are covered in some depth on the Five Minute Miracle tapes but until they're released on DVD they aren't a practical purchase for me (no working VCR in the house). So I apologize for asking here what I'm sure is answered there.
I got the 5 Tibetans off of a website and I'm enjoying them, but I'm sure I'm doing it wrong. I think my yoga background is strong enough for Rites 2-4, but I'm still floundering on Rite 1.
I like spinning in circles, but I don't know when or how to breathe for this, how to pace the repetitions et cetera. I'm sure there's more to it than spinning around, stopping, giggling, repeat as necessary. Any advice?
Thanks, Crystal

Time one breath per repetition. Turn continuously. On one level, this is a balance exercise. Remember to start with only 3-5 reps, and add one or two per week. The information on the internet is fine, and will work perfectly well. We do some additional interesting things with the Tibetans on the 5MM tape, however.
