By around seven repetitions, Tibetan #1 gives me motion sickness that is rather unpleasant (a few more repetitions, and I start feeling like throwing up). Did others have a similar issue when starting out? Is there something I can do to avoid this, such as moving my eyes in some fashion when I spin?
I am not having problems with the other Tibetans (I have been doing flowfit lvl 4 for a few months now, and these are relatively less challenging).

You have to find the balance and breath that avoid the motion sickness. Remember the number of older people who fall and break their hips, leading to pneumonia, and eventually death. Dynamic balance is critically important to health, and it looks like Tibetan #1 has found a little breech in your wall. Use it to heal that problem.
