What are some of everyone's favorite fitness blogs? I'll recommend the IF Life; www.theiflife.com/Plenty of good articles, but unfortunately it is not updated that often.

Not a blog, but a really good how-to site: www.exrx.net/Not a blog, but a good magazine, some phenonemal trainers contributing to it, updated several times a week, and containing blogs, but only worth going to if you don't mind crudeness, sexism, deliberate offensiveness and general barbarism: www.t-nation.com/One of my favourite fitness sites, again containing blogs: yrguniverse.ning.com/And my two fave fitness blogs: www.stumptuous.com/cms/stumptuousblog.phpwww.straighttothebar.com/Stumptuous, the creation of the Goddess Krista, is self-described as a "women's weight-training" site, but it so, so much more. Krista is justly worshipped by many, and enlightened the old alt.mfw forum with such gems as these: "Every day I can see my cookie-chowing husband's clearly delineated serratus is a reminder that one of my ancestors must have mated with a fire hydrant." "I am desperately curious to know which jobs are for women and which are for men. Just in case I'm doing the wrong one and my uterus falls out." "Clearly it matters not what I say even if I can back it up with scholarship. I will now only respond to you using words pulled at random from the day's newspaper. Emu. Rutabaga. Winnipeg. Colonial." And so on. "Straight to the bar" is a little of everything: bodybuilding, powerlifting, kettlebells, strongman, martial arts, parkour, etc. Anything that looks fun, ie painful, they like! Good question, Mike! Geoff
