On the Body front on the Mind-Body-Spirit triangle; What is everyone's goal body fat here?
According to the American Council on Exercise the chart is as follows;
Classification Women (% fat) Men (% fat) Essential Fat 10-12% 2-4% Athletes 14-20% 6-13% Fitness 21-24% 14-17% Acceptable 25-31% 18-25% Obese 32% plus 25% plus

I'm currently at 16%, which is good, but I don't see much reason to not try for say 10%. That seems to be when most guys go from, "He's better than average, which is to say he's not fat," to "d**n, look at the those abs!" Which for ego reasons sounds kind of cool to me and health wise there is just no reason for a man to have over 10% of fat. I've lost around 10lbs in the last three months, and to get down to 10% all I have to do is lose another 10lbs. No problem right?
Problem is that those are the _last_ 10lbs. I've never lost them before. Ever. I think I've had a gut since at least junior high. Still, IF has been working like a treat these last three months, so if I can keep from allowing myself to find excuses to not do it, I should be good.
So, currently at 16% with a goal of 10% before I turn 31 (May, 2009).
How about everyone else? Anyone have any body fat goals?
Cheers, Mike

Hi ya Mike et al,
Originally, I'd intended to just focus on specific performance goals, and health markers such as cholesterol, triglycerides, etc. I figured that if I was hitting all my targets in those two areas, the bodyfat would take care of itself. I have to admit though, that once I started to see the possibility of abs, I added that little vanity to the list. I don't have a set bp in mind, but I want to see at least some faint outlines by the end of next year!
Also, on a semi-related note, I decided to embark on a year-of-yoga experiment; I'm closing in on a hundred straight days. No great physical or spiritual transformation, but I'm definitely feeling different. Pretty sure it's a good different. And the yoga sessions themselves feel great. Something I look forward to doing.
And currently doing 10am - 10am fasts, three days a week. That seems to work a lot better for me than the 6pm to 6pm that I had tried when I first started IF; it's harder for me to do, but I feel better doing it. Doing weights on the eat-days. Doing lots of wonderful Tabata sprint sessions.
Anyway, that's where I'm at.
Hope all are well, Geoff

Hey, Geoff! That Tabata training is sweet, grueling stuff, ain't it?

Oh, it's wonderful! And there's some lovely irony there as well, how something that makes you wish you were dead could be so good for you!

One has to learn to differentiate between different types and levels of pain. "Intensity" is a great word...
