I found this a fun idea to do. This is certainly not to go against Stephen Barnes' idea of using the Chakra system.
Use:
Situation, Character, Objective, Opponent, Disaster, Goal on your character's personality to better understand them and to perhaps see how they intersect with other character's ideas and goals. I found it enlightening to see how much some of my characters had in common with each other once I did this.
