Hi! I've just found this board, and am curious about the five minute miracle. Is there a detailed description or instructions on how to do it somewhere online? Or is there a book about it available?
Thanks!

5MM is a videotape at the current time. I can tell you that it's a combination of several different approaches: 1) "Synaptic Facilitation" (performing an exercise in short sets multiple times during the day) 2) "Perpetual Exercise" (the concept of re-training the nervous system so that you relate to basic concepts of balance and breathing in a different fashion. 3) "Be Breathed"--Scott Sonnon's simplification of the "Body Flow" system of exercise. Unique and powerful. 4) "The Five Tibetans" ### There is more, but that will get you started. Information on these varied aspects is available around the web, and I address questions as often as possible.
