I was just curious about what exactly is the 5MM?
I don't want to somehow cheat Mr. Barnes, but I was curious about what makes up the 5MM?
I don't mean any offense when I say I am usually pretty suspicious of anything get-something-quick-and-easy, and especially suspicious of anything that says it can change my life in five minutes.

the 5MM is an approach to re-patterning your body's way of moving and breathing. Specifically, by working short variations of the "Be Breathed" technique multiple times during the day. It works!

Steve It sounds very interesting. So it doesn't necessarily change your life in five minutes, but provides you with a set of exercises that require very little time that help you alter your body's movement and breath to something more healthy for you? That makes sense. I hope I'll get a chance to check it out. Thanks for the information!

Let me be more specific: yes, it does change y our life. For those of you already exercising, it will shift by a tiny degree. For those who say "I don't have the time", if you think you don't have five minutes a day, YOU ARE LYING TO YOURSELF. I partially created this system so that people could start healing the rift between mind and body. Understandign the lies we tell ourselves to avoid our own excellence is CRITICAL to growth. Boldy, Mind, Spirit. All three must be engaged with, every day. A system that starts with Five minutes, then grows to 15, and then helps ;you to maneuver your way toward a "Golden Hour" of exercise, meditation, and learning...this is what I'm up to. Building a path that literally ANYONE can walk, no matter how busy, old, infirm, out-of-shape, or emotionally damaged. We ALL have the right to work toward genuine health and happiness--the 5MM is just a d**ned fine tool.
