Steve,
In the Lifewriting CD's, you mention just starting (obviously a few years ago, now) a new aerobics protocol (and then the recording was turned off). I was wondering if it worked well for you and, if so, if you might share. Thanks.

I don't remember what that might have been. My guess is that it was some version of the Tabata protocol, a super-efficient and intense wind-sprint regimine. A VERY fine implementation of this idea can be found in Pavel's new book, "Enter The Kettlebell" (available at http://www.dragondoor.com) which contains an almost unbelievable workout routine that provides all basic FITNESS requirements in about 34 minutes PER WEEK. That's not a typo, and it's not a joke. The science behind it is very, very sound. It's four short workouts per week--two 5 minute strength workouts, and two 12-minute aerobic/fat burning workouts. Brilliant stuff.
